WotLK spam filter

i realize people have complained about this before, but the spam filter is completely broken. i wil have just logged on, and go to type anything to anyone, and its already popping up telling me i have to wait however much time to type....and then if someone answers me, and i go to respond, its immediatly telling me i have to wait again. i dont spam, i rarely talk in game, so it isnt me triggering this ...... ive lost many group invites by having to wait to message, i just ignore alot of interactions with other players, its essentially a single player MMO for me, i am a pretty big donor and im about to call it quits, i cant be the only one. devs you may want to have a look at this issue.
