Stupidly deleted all the characters, then decided to return to the game after 3 days, how to restore everything?

on the site require 10 coins of some kind, but in fact just from the database to pull them out, where can I write a letter of appeal?

You can spend the $$$ and then write the letter of appeal to VISA.

You have 30 days from deletion to recover them through services, act accordingly. After that period they can't be restored at all.
