Massive Lagg only on Wintergrasp

I'm having massive 3minutes delays on every wintergrasp and it only happens there. It started today's morning. Before it was running nice.
Can somebody help me?

I was on WG on server reset this morning.
Maybe my character is bugged out.

It happened again right now.
Game was running smoothly and when WinterGrasp starts just froze for the whole combat and now im experiencing heavy lagging. Something happened there that bugged up my character. Could you guys look up, thanks.

Have you tried turning off all your addons before the start of the wintergrasp battle?

Now I re-entered the Raid, my internet is working, but im with 11468ms, i took a print.

Two minutes ago same crash happened again.
On re-log got banned from global.
Is it a bugg or a report, if its report i want to know why.

Add a row in your config file which is in your cashe folder. Maybe u need to delete your cashe and wtf folders if it doesnt work.
SET syncronization 0 (i'm not sure u can google this)
