My account has been banned yet i didnt log in since 2022
Hello,i wanted to play and continue my character because i wasnt playing for a long time and when i logged into my account it says that my ip address is banned,i recieved many emails for the two factor auth in the past,i guess somebody wanted to hack my account but i never cared since i had 2 factor auth enabled,now my account is banned,can you please verify the situation?i never done anything wrong and i've never been banned on any server.Please help me get back my account and characters.Thank You
