WotLK I have an error with a quest item (The Shattered Necklace)

Hello I hope you have a good day,

I'm trying to get the Masterlore achievement.
In that context, I am currently in the Badlands completing the quests and I ran into an error/bug.
There is a item that start a quest "Shattered Necklace" it starts The Shattered Necklace (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/ques...tered-necklace).
In order to complete Q, i killing tons (1000) of mobs on Uldaman (outside and inside of the istance) It didn't drop... it's not normal.

I even saw a Changelog, from September 14, 2019.
Where it appears that the bug had been fixed https://www.warmane.com/changelog?expansion=1 but it doesnt drop.

So, I need help to complete the chain quest.

Does Shattered Necklace drops in Uldaman?
Anyone has ever looted this item lately?

I play on Alliance side. Icecrown.

Same here. Killed mobs within Uldaman instance repeatedly. Not dropping so far.

I uploaded the bug to bugtracker, I hope some developer does something about it.
