caracter backup

Hi,

I played WoW for about a year before taking a break for a few years. Now that I'm back, I'm trying to play again. The game indicates that I have a character on Icecrown, but when I log in, I can't see any characters to choose from. Can you help, please?

If it was below level 50, it was deleted during Inactivity cleanup (no restoration). If it was lvl 51 or above, somebody deleted your character, restoration window (30 days) is most likely closed by now.
