So.... What GS do you need for POS? I am already 4.2 and it still shows locked for me :D Am I doing something wrong?
Another question what gs I could start raiding?
I would love to do Naxxram and ICC but I see everyone shout: MIn 6.2GS, 5,5GS bhal bhal whats right :D?

Trough RDF que requires average item level, iirc 200 is required for POS. Just make your own group, go and walk in there on foot, naked if you like.

You don't need GS, you need to know what to do and have enough gear to do your part. Some players can do their part in ICC10 with 4.8 GS, some can't with 5.5 or 6.5. In raids you can look at it like this:
1. Know your spec and what is expected of you.
2. Know all boss mechanics and common tactics.
3. Have enough gear to do enough damage/healing/tanking.
If you don't have achieved step 1, steps 2 and 3 are pointless.

You need the do the quest in FOS to unlock POS and then more quests in POS to unlock HOR, I have just been through this process myself, I was tanking both POS/FOS HCs with less than 4k gs.
