Is this dagger even obtainable? "Twinblade of the Hakkari"

I have the Hakkari sword transmoged on my rogue but when I searched the dagger, I wasn't able to find it in AtlasLoot. I am uncertain as to whether it even drops from Zul'Gurub? Can someone assist with experience?

That's from the Cataclysm version of Zul'Gurub, so it does not exist here.
