Technical Banned IP for 5 years

I've recently come back after SoD being a completely mess, but seems that I got banned in that long time (I've been out for years but still want to keep my chars back) and I dont even know why.

So if any staff member could explain or resolve this IP Ban for... 5 years lol!

Idk if my account got hacked or autobanned or anything but I would really appreciate to take it back.
