Hi, im new here on this server. I bought from 1 guy 360 coins, and he send to my ingame character Gigantavr. I dont recieve them, he says i didnt had premium, so i didnt got them, i bought premium after and still dont have them, can u please help me?

You've been scammed. Also buying coins from 3rd party "vendors" is against rules. Warmane won't help you in this cause.
1. Texts are edited in the screenshots, I don't even have to see the removed screenshots to know that.
2. Gifting doesn't require the recipient to be premium.
Only thing you can try to do is trying to get your money back via the means you used to pay, if they provide that kind of support.

You can upload them to https://imgur.com and share them, but they are falsified, so it would be a waste of time (and it would also prove that you broke the server rules by buying coins from someone).

I didnt really know this, i fod its leagal. Because i saw this guy selling coins for 2-3 days i a row, after i saw what on website you have gifting system, characters sellings and gold. So i make desicion what its leagal. I didnt know it..... Game Masters i need your help, i lost 200$ with scammers.

i know what they dont own me nothing, but the way this scammers 24/7 online and warmane dont do nothing with them, looks like they dont care about scammers.

They do. Report such scammer with unedited screenshot evidence. You know, press print screen in game and upload that image to image hosting site and make an in-game ticket.
You can also press report spam on them, when enough people do it staff gets notified. Though report may be faster if people don't bother doing the report spam.

I just come on this server around 1 week ago, because its looks good and populated server, i waiting for TBC, i didnt know much about how people can get scammed in this server, i just see everyday in global chat what people selling coins, and for me its looks like its legal, because same guy spammed in chat with same name around 2 days, and didnt got banned. Yes i understand what im stupid and did mistake, and lost 200$. Warmane dont own me nothing, its very easy to say when newcomer come to warmane been scammed by theyir scammers. I dont know nothing about this server. So i hope get some compensation or something like that, i dont want be paid from warmane, but if they will give coins i would impreciate it. If Game master will answer me on this topic, i will provide all details with that scammer, i got chat with him, some screens from hes warmane account, (maybe some of them are real and it will help to ban him)
