WotLK I need item refund

I've made mistake yesterday by pursaching CTS and send it by mistake to my holy paladin instead of my shadow priest and ingame ticket respond was to use warmane.com/account/support. There I cant create ticket coz the only cathegory i can select is ban appeal and cant finish the ticket there because i dont have ban to select and finish the ticket.

There should be Item misbuy when you click the drop-down. While I'm sure it's not related, you should probably clear your browser cache and try again. There might be a reason for you to not see anything other than ban appeal, I don't know...
