Technical Deleted my Main on accident

So, I just spaced out really hard and ended up deleting my main on Icecrown while engaged in mental autopilot. Is there a way to get that undone, or is my priest just gone? No real loss if it is, I suppose. I enjoy the game enough that it's not a huge problem to start leveling another character again.
