Technical Back after many years. Where are my characters???

As per title,

Ive been missing for quite some time, since the server was called Molten WoW.
Logs show ive been gone for at least 4 years.

My question is the following: i had fully equipped characters on my account as well as several mounts bought in the store. All gone now.
Did i miss something important, like a server wipe or something like that? If so, is there any way to recover my old characters and, if not, where is all my stuff?

Wipe was when Molten came to an end, that was like 8 years ago. You can't get characters from that time.
Since you were here 4 years ago, most likely someone logged your account, deleted or sold characters, if they were not eligible for cleanup removals. Try to send a ticket, maybe they can do something about coins or at least clear up the situation.
Another possibility is that you played Frostmourne seasonal and your characters were simply deleted as they stated they will do.

Either way, you wont get anything in depth here on forums, you need to contact staff.

i think i remember i didnt log on 4 years ago so it could actually be more than 8 years i dont log into the server itself.
I guess i lost all my progression then :(
