Before Diminishin Return in Tanks

I wanted to know if they are going to patch the 'before diminishing return' that is currently applied to defense stats on characters. This is a heavy blow for tanks, especially druids, since they can't cap Anti Crushing Blows. This nerf to defensive stats was applied in WotLK, not in TBC.
