adress mail lost

i tried to reconnect to my old account but there is a reset password , so i connected on my account on the website
then it said " a password will be send to my mail box" but i create my account in 5-6 years so i dont remember the mailbox too xd

could i have at least the name of this mailbox

sorry for my bad english could i have some help at least :'(
