Brutal armor

i am leveling a warrior right now, I'm L39 and I'm kinda stuck in the chain I don't understand why.
I got the hauberk, got the gloves, I need the helm and legs.

The other quests are available at L10 and L20.

Still don't understand why I can't continue the chain.
