My account got hacked

My account got hacked and someone botted with my account while I was inactive. Now my account got banned and i can't get it back anyone can help. I tried making a ticket but feel they don't really believe me when i say I didn't do it. I don't even know how to cheat. See my ticket below. Any help appreciated.


I would like to make my case for this ban appeal again.

This account was hacked, i have a message from google when I sign in saying that the password and username was leaked. I think during the time I was inactive someone hacked my account and then was botting maybe?

I honestly don't even know how to do botting or cheat in any way.

If you look at my account history you can see ive been a member for a very long time and I even donated in the past. I have never cheated once and always been an active member during the time I was playing. Please reconsider this ban, I haven't played in years and would love to get my characters back rather than making a bunch of new ones.

Id be happy to show the screenshot for the hacked account if that will help my case. Thanks for taking the time to consider.
