Hello, i bought character recustomization service but when i log the game and try to create new character's fashion i get the message "it cant be changed".
Character's name - Frenzypuck (priest 80lvl troll male)
How can i fix it ?

"it cant be changed" does not sound like a message that the wow client would show.
Are you using a patched or HD version of the game? You will need a clean version of the client to recustomise your character.

Nah. i use default client version. even more i changed my paladin's fashion 1 week ago.. It is only troll's issue or idk. my friend could not recustomise his troll as well
