Hello, it's been a while since I lost my account when they enforced 2 factor authentication.

The issue is that, when I try to reset the 2FA, it says my account doesn't have 2FA, however, in order to log in, it requires the 2FA code, but apparently there is no email registered for 2FA, since it was not activated.

Can I at least know whats the first and last letter of the registered email? or even if there's an email registered?

I lost several characters I would really like to get back.
