Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any further difficulties or questions by submitting a new ticket". I don't understand the context of the answer because no one talked to me in the game To be honest, I was a little nervous because I waited several days for a response to this ticket and now I have to wait few days for another response? Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
