Realms Feral Druid Head Slot Alternative (Onyxia - TBC)

Feral Druids only have in TBC one option for their head slot due to the leather helmet.
Would it be possible to add the same enchantment to the engineering helmet as the leather one?
Meaning +20 Energy when changing forms?
This way, Feral Druids would have a chance to compete at the top.
