WotLK WORLD pvp best spec?

I'm fluid with preg/holy/prot . I figured prot wouldnt be best for world PVP . Assuming i have BiS gear and skill would ret or preg be better for world pvp? I can't see ret / prot out classing preg in pvp but id like tome insight if im wrong.

I'd say preg is the best for solo Wpvp because it has better self sustain than prot and ret.
