4K belt Arenas

Hey.

I dont know if it something wrong on my side or its some kind of bug but i notice from few days that 4k belt stopped work on arenas it only pops debuff but when i pop belt and it dosent go with debuff i dont get anything. still working in BGs and open pvp world but it allways work on arenas aswell also on many server as i have 13xp in tbc it allways work. so i wonder if other ppl got same problem or its some kind of weird bug.

Its not bug, read devlog, they decided to disable it.
