WotLK Help me recover my WoW account

Hi everyone. I'm writing to request your assistance with a forgotten account. I have two characters on the Icecrown server, one linked to this account and another to a separate one. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the email address associated with the second account. I only have the username and password, and I am unable to bypass the two-factor authentication.

To verify my ownership, I have an extensive collection of screenshots documenting my character's progression from level 31 to 80, as well as a complete list of friends (which is similar on both accounts). I would be grateful if you could either assist me in changing the email address or provide me with the original email address (I have a strong suspicion regarding the password).

It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:

- Account or Forum username (not passwords).
- Current email or a guess if you have forgotten
- Character information
- General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"
- Country where you connected or registered from

You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.
