If you spent those Coins within the last 24 hours the items will show when you try to open a misbuy Support Ticket.
If that isn't the case and you just changed your mind after having and using the gear for longer than that, then no, we don't offer refunds for that.

Not sure why you wouldn't be able to open a ticket in that case. Try sending an email to Support ([email protected]) instead. As long as the contact is made within the refund window it's fine, even if they take a little longer to reply.
