    I am not getting arena points after week reset 2nd week in a row

    Hello, I am not sure what's going on with the arena points and such but I am not getting any arena points after the reset.
    However I am in a team and playing with my friend and doing at least 10 ranked games per week.
    Please help, thank you

    Did your friend play arenas in same team with someone else also?
