LF Raid Leader For Guild

Looking for "reserve" raid leader for guild on Alliance. Someone who can lead raids in absence of main raid leader.
Need someone who has at least some raid leading experience in ICC and RS Normal Raids (Hc raid exp is a plus but not necessary).
It's also necessary that you are calm / chill person, since we do have decent amount of new people who are new to raiding or to the game, so they tend to make mistakes (shouting and insulting them wont be tolerated...).
Loot is distributed via DKP system, so knowledge regarding it is also desired.
Even if lacking knowledge in some of the aspects (DKP, Hc Tactics), everything can be taught.
There might be some form of compensation for raids that You lead.
