I missing a lot of titles.
Is it a bug, or feature?

Also remember the list of titles has a scrollbar.

Yes, it have a scrollbar... where is like half of my titles.... maybe half... i dont know how much there's missing.

Those achievements do not all grant a title. You only get the title for the highest achievement (in your case, Centurion)
