Are you sure you are doing Heroic dungeons?

so normals didnt get me anything? how am i suppose to progres?

You need to reach 180 item level average and farm heroic dungeons. That is the best way to farm emblems.

Buy, craft items with 180 or higher item level. You can also que specific normal dungeons that require 77-80 level, those drop 180 item level. It's a waste of time if you don't need items from there, so you look up where items that you are missing drop.
