Quest issue in Terokkar Forest: Adversarial Blood

Hi guys!
Doing the Shatari Skyguard repgrind led me to a quest called Adversarial blood. I'm supposed to get 10 scrolls per skull pile and use either to summon mini bosses, but neither the skulls, nor the scrolls, proc as usable in order to complete the quest. I have tried using the shadow elixer as well, to no avail.

Have I overlooked anything, or is this a bug?

I found out that quest is still doable, but there are certain things we need to know:

* skull pile takes extremely long to spawn, so if anyone used one before you, you will ¨see¨ the skull pile, but wont be able to click it until it actually spawns

* Once you find one clickable, collect AT LEAST 10 of this (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=3...me-lost-scroll) BEFORE INTERACTING with it. If you dont have enough scrolls and you interact with it, the skull pile will still ask to summon any Boss, however, if you cancel , move away or dont have enough scrolss, the skull pile will go away and you have to find another one or wait for it to spawn again

* Since you need to kill 4 minibosses , a total of 40 scrolls are needed, so it may be better to collect all 40 and use the same skull pile to summon all 4 minibosses from it. Or collect ten, summon one miniboss, collect other 10 and summon the next one and so on...

I believe the issue is still around the time it takes for all skull piles to respawn, but at least there is a way to do it.
