I recently logged in and started playing again, and I noticed that the engineering skill for my character Yujirosmom seems to have disappeared. This skill was over 200 last year, and I have created items in the character's inventory that could potentially serve as proof. I’ve started increasing it again, but I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar issue or if there’s a known solution to restore the skill to its previous level.
Additionally, is there a way to contact customer service about this problem or a known solution to restore the skill to its previous level?
