Tried googling this but didn't find anything definitive so I thought I'd ask here.

Does bear form lacerate snapshot anything e.g. trinket procs, king of the jungle talent, tricks of the trade, hysteria, etc?

In the event any of these do indeed snapshot, can they be kept up indefinitely with lacerate refreshes or will they be updated every time a new instance of lacerate is applied?
