Arena points 5v5

I didnt get the arena points with 5 games played this week.
I heared more people are having this issue?

Same. Rating deleted and no points rewarded. It's not because I didn't play the 30% of team games, the entire rating/points are just ****ed

i played 10 games of 5v5 with my team and we didnt get points
