Arctic Fur drop rates

So I'm curious why the drop rates are different on Icecrown and Frostmourne. Its a fact that I get more furs on my Frostmourne Hunter than my Icecrown Mage but I am not sure why. Either the drop rates are just higher on Frostmourne or my Leatherworking on Hunter affects it (similarly how Tailors get more Frostweave Cloth with Northern Cloth Scavanging).

Wish Warmane would confirm if the drop rates are just higher on Frostmourne or if high Leatherworking gives you better chances to get furs.

Not even close to 1%, after farming for days the total of furs from world beast 0, really not good and drop rates should be 1.9% avg. so plz fix this
