At what point does spawn camping become griefing. The horde in RRM spawn camping, and using addons so that as soon as you spawn, they know where you are, surely if it's done for hours its griefing.
I know it's always been the way, I have played wow since Vanilla, but at some point, it has to be considered enough to move on. The entire zone is unplayable because neck beards are ruining it.
I know this is a winge and yes, its PVP etc but at some point, it has to be considered ridiculous.
I have to agree with the OP whole heartedly. Lakeshire is a hotspot for Griefing. I agree that it is pvp and that it should be allowed to kill the other faction, however, I do believe after the 5th or 6th time of spawn camping it should be punishable or at least given a move on.
Without naming names, I have seen and been the victim of a certain Tauren druid who camped in Lakeshire for days on end. Over and over and over. I believe if it is going to continue in the way that it has been recently there should maybe be a limit to the amount of times one can spawn kill.
The level doesn't matter, the amount of time doesn't matter. Them staying in a contested zone killing anyone they find is acceptable and not considered griefing in a PvP server. You're free to ask for help from people from your faction or to simply go level in a different zone. You're even free to level elsewhere and come back when you're level 80 and geared to make sure it doesn't happen to others.
I thank you for your response, but I won't continue this thread because we will never agree. But just because something is in a game and not technically glitched doesn't mean it can't be exploited to a level that makes it unusable. Which is griefing.
It was more of a rant, because I knew the response I'd get but I still feel that those who are doing it should at least be warned or advised to move on. its literally breaking a zone to the point its unusable.
Your faction and its high level characters are the ones allowing it to happen.
We're just not making PvP that isn't cheating, hacking or exploiting bugs, illegal.

You "allow" yourself to be spawn killed repeatedly. How many times you need to be spawn killed to realize it's not the best course of action to just resurrect there?
You do the same thing over and over again, and you expect different results. 1+1 will always be 2.
