I know on some of the Blizzard forums, when you go to type a forum post is screens it against already posted content and gives you a bit of a heads up, doesn't let you post and says something along the lines of "Hey it looks like this topic is already pretty well covered look at all these posts"

That may be something to implement here to filter out the repeating content like
-how do i make gold
-PVP is unfair
-they did a ninja thing
-is da server down?
