WotLK No spirit healers

I was on a death knight quest where i had to disguise myself as a scarlet crusade courier. While on this quest, i jumped down from a bigger hill and died of fall damage. A spirit healer came to revive me but she could only do that after one minute. When she did, i fell through the ground into the void, therefore i could not respawn at my corpse. In the graveyard however there was no spirit healer. I checked every graveyard i can walk to, but none had a spirit healer so i am now stuck in ghost form and can't respawn anywhere and I have no idea what should i do.
