WotLK Lower Level BGs

Hi all,

I’m fairly new to Warmane and new to pvping here, and am wondering about the pvp population in lower level BGs.

I played some 10-19 WSG a few months ago, and at that time my experience was that at peak times there were BGs popping almost instantly, whereas off-peak nothing would pop at all (or perhaps an under-populated BG that would close in a few mins). The spread of players was generally about 80% max level and extremely well-geared, and 20% undergeared and/or lower level newbies just checking things out.

Could anyone with experience of the various lower-level brackets tell me which, if any, of the following have decent and regular populations like 10-19 WSG:

WSG 20-29:
WSG 30-39:
WSG 40-49:
WSG 50-59:
WSG 60-69:
WSG 70-79:

AB 20-29:
AB 30-39:
AB 40-49:
AB 50-59:
AB 60-69:
AB 70-79:

As mentioned, I found the 10-19 WSG community pretty full of twinks (no insult meant by use of that term), but 10-19 WSG on other servers always featured that, as the disparity between well-geared and under-geared is highest at 10-19 (at least until 80); are there any of the above brackets that have a strong pvp population but fewer twinks?

Full disclosure: I tend to like gearing up as best I can from dungeons, turning xp off at max level for a while to finish gearing up and enjoy the bracket, then moving on to repeat in the next bracket, without ever reaching the 'full BIS/best enchants' level of gear - 'half-twinking', if you will. I don’t mind struggling against proper twinks, but the fewer there are in a bracket, probably the more I’ll enjoy it. So are there any ‘Levellers Paradise’ BG brackets out there?

If any of the later BGs (AV; EotS; Wintersgrasp) are worthy of note for having strong populations, twink or not, that would be good to know too.

10-19 is active, and 70-79 is active, and there are virtually 0 bgs in the brackets between.
