Just a curiosity but ive noticed some pretty toxic people which we know is normal but is any action taken against people on this server or nah? seems to be a known thing too.

GM's won't interfere with daily basis insults. Nor will they take action if you get ganked few times.
They do intervene if things get too serious (depending on subject).
