T4 for coins?

I was curious if there will be T4/ phase 1 raid items added to the coin shop once phase 2 hits in a week or so. Also, is there a plan to add a points shop in the future?

Not sure about the tokens but yes, generally after a few weeks into a new phase they release the previous phase gear on the shop. They have stated repeatedly there will never be a point shop on Onyxia.
