Technical Dungeon Browser Cross Server?

Is the dungeon Browser across all servers in wotlk? Normaly i wat to play at lorderon because its the Blizz Like server. But the population on Icecrown is much bigger, so i think for inis and raid it make more sence, if its not across .

Dungeons aren't cross realm but battlegrounds are. You can also right click the XP bar on Icecrown to set it to 1x rate if that helps with the experience you're looking for.
