WotLK Forgot my email

Hello,

I haven't been playing for a couple of years now. Luckily I saved the password + mail for my first account. Unfortunately I can't remeber my 2nd account's email adress and therefore cannot log into it. Is there a way to reset my email adress? I know the account name + password.

Maybe it helps that both account names are similiar to make sure that I am not trying to scam anyone.

Try First try https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve first, if that doesn't get you the results you want, you need to contact support through email.

It's helpful if you include anything you recall surrounding the account to assist us in verifying your ownership in a timely fashion. Such information includes but is not limited to:

- Account or Forum username (not passwords).
- Current email or a guess if you have forgotten
- Character information
- General account history. For example, "I claimed the holiday gift on my Paladin back in 2018, maybe 2019?"
- Country where you connected or registered from

You may also include a new email address that you would like your account to be updated to. If we have enough information, we'll be able to update your account immediately without the need for further verification.

Email reply may take several days.

hello i have the same issue as the guy who was asking but i have sent you like 5 email in the last 4 months and you never responded to any of them....

2. Are you sure you sent them to right email?
3. I'm not sure if you get a reply at all if the details are insufficient. Could that be the case?
