    Stuck at "Retrieving character list"

    Hello,

    Today, when I tried logging into my account, I clicked "login" and was unexpectedly asked for an authentication code, even though nothing has changed on my system. Afterward, I got stuck at "Retrieving character list." I tried all realms, but the same issue occurred. Now, I can only pass the retrieving step and play the game by using a VPN.
