Greetings, administration! I wasn't playing for long time.
I had the BiS 40 lvl rogue with no looms and more than 3500 HKs in WPVP only(!)...
Please, say you can do something with it and i have not lost my character forever... :((( It would be be really heartbreaking...

No restoration possible.

It's gone with the inactivity cleanup. All you needed to do avoid it was log it once since summer '24 or something.

Oh no, no way, OH NO WAY, sir! I can't handle it, this char was my treasure, and this cleanup took her from me JUST because she wasnt 50+ lvl... Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god. Seems like i lost everything here. I can't express what im feeling right now.

Every potion needed, every piece of gear, every trinket, everything BiS without looms, the history, the friends and enemies, the giant piece of lifetime spended... And many many more else...
Is it really-really not restorative? Is there absolutely NO a single way?...

Not a premium account nor was the character logged once for the past 6 months.

Anything obtained with coins can be returned but the rest is unfortunately not covered by that policy.

How come characters can't be restored? If Warmane can delete something, he can also restore it. I also had five characters destroyed for no reason and equipment and gold stolen.

Because we won't restore characters removed due to inactivity.
You had months and months to log in a single time, or the option to make the account Premium. You did neither and forfeited any lost characters.
