Ive been trying to get this and killed a lot of librarians in Storm Peaks. Not sure if its bugged or not cause im loosing my patience. Did anyone get this lately or is it missing from the game ?
And Field Repair Bot 110G been trying to get it for ages. Killed like 200 Gan'Arg Analyzers wich should have 5% chance to drop it and nothing. Anyone got this as a droped or is it bugged ?
On bugtracker its just old posts from different expansions.

First one only drops if you have Engineering 450
Probably the same for the other one, only drops if you can use it

I did see them drop years ago. It may have bugged ever since but I really doubt it.
Also, the schematic doesn't drop in the traditional sense, you have to salvage (skin) the librarians to get it. Chance is 1 %

I can confirm it is not bugged, I looted it few months ago.
Call it a bad luck - Library Guardians in Storm Peaks have around 0,2% chance to drop it.

it's not bugged can confirm, it just takes REALLY long sometimes, i farmed for like 2 days straight before i got mine

I got Field Repair Bot 110G few weeks ago. Also Jeeves few days ago. Both relatively fast. But keep in mind that you need to salvage corpses to get Jeeves recipe, not just loot them. Good luck.

ive got Jeeves from salvaging golems in Halls of Lighting i think.
The 110G repair bot still nothing.

Got it real quick from a salvage on a Librarian , not a drop, on the other hand my alt looted it from a Librarian(talking about the last month timespan). Got lucky on the first one - farmed it for like 5-10 min. But i struggled a bit with the second one - killed like 100-150 Librarians.
