is my ui to cluttered

i want to mention first that i have one hand so hiding buttons is not really an option. i spend alot of time trying to create a efficient and clean ui, but i feel its just to cluttered and ugly also this is for prot pally but will use it also for healing classes. just give me your opinions and any advice to declutter or clean it up a bit more. https://imgur.com/a/ZXcZ0vc

Kind of a strange question, huh? Shouldn't you be the judge of that? Is it too cluttered for you? Does it show information that you deem unnecessary most of the time? Does it block you from viewing what's going on in the game? Does it distract you from playing?

I'd get a razer naga mouse. It makes you able to assign over 14 hotkeys on your mouse which should be quite handy when you have only one hand.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Most players UI in endgame raiding is absolutely chaotic yet for them it's comfortable. And that's really the goal is if you're playing and you're noticing extra effort or steps or things getting in the way then that's what you need to change for yourself. A player's preferred UI is just something that evolves over time.

I don't mean to sound rude, but you're asking a really specific thing for someone with one hand in a community that mostly has two hands. I think this is something communities structured around your disability would be a better place to ask for this as while you're a small fish in a large pond here.

That being said a mouse with a large amount of side keys might work best for you, and hotkey your spells to them. I remember reading a post about a Runescape player that used a foot pedal too, so that may be a suggestion too.

Thats the UI i use across all 5 accounts. All levels. I just happened to be making a new toon when I took the screenshot. I live for clean minimal UIs. So your comment has no merit. lol. Go back and look at my old UI posts and you'll see how my UIs are at max level kthnks haha.
