WotLK long load times

This isn't about fps or ms they are fine, but my all of my loadings screens take so long like when i log into the game it could take up o 10 minutes or when i die and release the loading screen could take up to 5 minute or when i try to get into an instance, in summery any kind of loadings screen, any solutions?

It may be your addons, so try disabling them.

- disable the 500 addons you have
- put the game on a GOOD ssd
