Burning Crusade CVS Card Payment

Hello - I am attempting to Donate to buy coins. I went to a CVS Pharmacy store and purchased a gift card at the store. I have the purchase receipt. However, when I upload the card number and pin to the portal, it says 'Only cards purchased in-store at CVS are valid'. This was purchased in store. I went the CVS route because my card once flagged your charge as fraudulent. I corrected that with my bank but the payment auto-defaults to 'invalid card' when my account opens it, even though that's since been cleared up.

Long story short -- I now have a 70 USD gift card from CVS I seemingly can't use? Help!!

I am having the exact same issue. Physical gift card from CVS and it will not accept it

They said they are working on it with Paymentwall but take out a ticket so they know its a lot of people having this problem.

Yes and you can also submit one to Terminal3 paymentwall by clicking help top right of the donation page.

Nope still not fixed and dealing with terminal3 payment wall is an absolute joke. I'll never do this again. Lesson learned.

Any update on this? i got a few giftcards as christmas gifts, and now i can't use them.

Did you submit a ticket? Because I honestly don't think anyone cares. I submitted a ticket on 12/24 with warmane and also with terminal3. They asked me for screenshots and I sent them which was was like 5 days ago and that was it. I haven't heard anything since.

How do i submit a ticket for the website? Anytime i submit a ticket in game about the website, they tell me to use the website.
