They can answer if they want, but as the forum rules say they're not required to. It's just a suggestion forum so it gets read, but no guarantee it gets changed.
This change has very little impact on the game though so I don't see it being a priority. It was part of the original game and the solution is simply to get one from someone else. Having the ability to make them is hardly game changing. Is there any particular reason you're going to all the effort for this? It seems odd to me that someone would care this much.

This may sound strange, maybe it has to do with some of my perfectionism. But I would like to have all available recipes in the game.
A little off-topic. I am striving to get all the achievements in the game, and kalydlyudvayut getting the achievement for completing all the quests, for one reason only - I'm afraid that the items that are the reward for the quest, I may need in the future for tmog, and I just can not get them again.

If you want to have all recipes in the game then you can buy a boost with coins.

As far as I know, it gives you all the recipes in the profession, and I believe it includes those not available in the game. For example, I think it gives or used to give Schematic: Critter Enlarger, which is otherwise unavailable.

I don't know where to get information on available recipes in proffessional boost.
The game just told me that it does not include absolutely all recipes. On the forum players are asking the same question, which recipes they will get. The service description says “All recipes or spells for the selected profession”.
If I got all recipes including this one, I would be fine with this solution for 40 coins.

I surveyed a lot of players who bought professional boost for 40 coins. I asked them to link me their profession. No one had all the recipes.
So this way can't help me with my problem.

Even if this was added - which I'm very doubtful it will when you can get it from other players, and it being so humongously niche - the addition of items only ever happens in batches. It could be many months until this happens, if ever.

I can get the item, but I can't get the schematic. And it's strange that in the store is available schemes that are very easy to get, and some are even available as many as two times to sell (Schematic: Mana Potion Injector).
And the scheme, which can be obtained only once per quest is not available.
I realize that this is a very strange request. And it is unlikely to find many people who, like me collect schemes.
