Hi, since Sunday I haven’t been able to log into the game. I can access the website just fine.

When I try to log in from my regular connection, I get “invalid credentials.”

When I use a VPN, it lets me log in, but I get instantly disconnected.

I suspect my IP may be soft-banned or flagged. Can someone please help or let me know what to do?
